Yue (Mervin) Min graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise and Movement Science from the Queensland University of Technology and went on to complete a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2021.
Mervin has a strong background in managing chronic pain, injury recovery, and post-surgical rehabilitation. His passion lies in helping people overcome physical challenges and achieve their full potential through movement and education.
He believes in a personalised and evidence-based approach to physiotherapy — every treatment plan is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. With a holistic view of health, Mervin focuses not only on relieving symptoms but also on addressing the underlying causes to promote long-term recovery and wellbeing.
Exercise Physiologists are qualified allied health professionals, accredited by Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). AEPs are able to design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities in order to help improve their overall health, function and quality of life.
Lilia is a warm, approachable, and highly qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), with a Master of Exercise Physiology from the University of Sydney (2020). Since then, she has supported people of all ages and backgrounds to move better, feel stronger, and manage a wide range of health conditions.
She has a special interest in helping those living with chronic pain, postural issues, and musculoskeletal injuries, using safe, evidence-based exercise programs that are tailored to each person’s needs, lifestyle, and goals.
